Pastor Mike Worrell and his wife, Carrie, have served in Dixon at Grace Point (formerly Lincoln Avenue Church of God) since January 2011. They met at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City and married in 1996. They have also pastored congregations in Missouri and Mississippi. They have three daughters-Lynnsey, Kali, and Alee and one very spoiled Pomeranian, Big Papi. In his free time, Pastor Mike enjoys watching his favorite NFL team, the Miami Dolphins, or cheering on the Chicago Cubs. Go, Cubs, Go!
Mike and Carrie consider it an honor and privilege to lead the team at Grace Point. They believe that Grace Point is a place where people can experience the love and grace of Jesus as well as find a caring community committed to helping one another.
